Karen Foster, Ph.D. 

Karen Foster, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with thirty years experience facilitating individual and organizational development. She provides consultation on leadership assessment and executive coaching.Karen has worked with leaders in Fortune 50's as well as small venture technology start-ups and non-profit groups. Past and present clients include: AT&T, Global Payments, Sprint, Dun & Bradstreet, CheckFree, Goodwill, Total Technology Ventures, Avio Diepen, Fiserv and The ComVest Group. As an Executive Coach she develops strategic leadership, Executive Presence and strengthens team collaboration.

She works closely with her clients, aspiring individuals who recognize that clarifying one's sense of purpose helps achieve alignment in all one does.

Professional affiliations include Sarber Gardner as an Executive Coach. She is currently serving as Conference Chair for the American Psychological Association's Division of Consulting Psychologists.
